We are excited to announce that registration is now live for our 8th Annual oSTEM Conference in Houston! Head on over to our registration page to get registered.

There are several new and exciting things happening to the conference programming this year! Check out what you have to look forward to:

  • Hackathon: Back by popular demand is the hackathon! Be sure to register for the Thursday/Friday hackathon tackling a need for the LGBTQ community. All experience levels are needed! Visit our hackathon page for more information.

  • Expanded Programming: We’ve expanded our available programming to include a session Friday evening prior to dinner. This session starts at 5:00 pm on November 16. We’ve also continued and expanded our programming for professionals.

  • Relevant and Exciting Topics: We’ve worked hard this year to make sure our programming content is relevant to you. We’ll have presentations on the social implications of AI, challenging family dynamics, mental health, being Asian-American and LGBTQ+, technical demos of “elementary education-level” robotics, and more!

To register, complete the following steps and you’ll be all set. If you are a sponsor, check with your primary contact to be sure your registration is not already paid:

#1 If you have (or think you have) a membership account already, click here to log in or reset your password. If that works for you, skip ahead to Step 3.

#2 If you don’t yet have an account, sign up for a new one by clicking here or by visiting oSTEM.org and clicking “Join oSTEM”.  This will get you set up with an annual membership, give you access to our new membership platform, and enable you to register for the conference.

#3 Once you are logged into your membership account, look for the conference event listed on your Dashboard in the Member Area or click here to register.

You’ll receive registration confirmation and a receipt right away. Then we’ll be in touch as the conference approaches with more information to help you maximize your experience at our annual headline event.
