9th Annual oSTEM Conference - Individual Funding
Individual members are welcome to apply for Individual Funding. Funding is determined by demonstrated need and involvement with oSTEM and the conference. It is provided until we reach our budget for the year-- all funding requests after our budget is reached will be denied. If you are an oSTEM Chapter Leader or Chapter Member, you should also apply for Student Chapter Funding here. Below outlines the important dates.

Key Deadlines & Milestones
- August 15th - Conference Registration Opens
- August 23rd - Individual Conference Funding Application Opens (this!)
- October 4th - Individual Conference Funding Application Closes
- October 18th - Funding decision will be sent to oSTEM Chapter email
Funding Criteria
- oSTEM affiliation and involvement
- Distance from conference location (Detroit)
- Conference involvement
- Contribution to oSTEM Mission and Vision
- Other sources of funding
