BU Out in STEM (oSTEM) empowers LGBTQIA+ graduate students to succeed personally, academically, and professionally by cultivating community and promoting visibility. We envision a campus where LGBTQIA+ graduate students in the BU STEM community are empowered to achieve success in a safe and supportive environment that celebrates their diversity and unique contributions.
