Student registration costs $100; professional registration costs $300.

Hotel

This year's conference is at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center (400 Renaissance Dr W, Detroit, MI 48243).

Hotel room costs are as follows:

$165++ - single or double occupancy
$185++ - triple occupancy
$205++ - quadruple occupancy

All prices are per room per night. These rates apply only to bookings made before October 18 and do not include 15% taxes and fees.

Travel & Transportation

The closest airports to the conference venue are:

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) (22.6 miles)
Willow Run Airport (30.5 miles)
Windsor International Airport (in Canada) (9.2 miles)

Ground transportation options from the airport to the hotel:

At both terminals (North and MacNamara) of DTW there is a SMART bus stop. You can take line 261 to the Larned & Brush stop, which is about a 10 minute walk from the conference hotel. The bus ride is a little over an hour and costs $2 fare (fare reduced for older adults and those with disabilities). SMART buses have wheelchair ramps (see https://www.smartbus.org/How-to-Ride/Wheelchair-Ramp) and special accomodations can be made with ADA certification at an increased fare of $3 (see https://www.smartbus.org/Services/ADA-Service).
You can also use Lyft, Uber, or other airport shuttle and taxi options for transportation.

There is valet parking at the hotel for $35 a day. There are also some nearby parking garages:
