Professional Development Summit

oSTEM's Professional Development Summit is an intimate career retreat weekend, aimed to empower early career LGBTQ+ professionals in STEM through introspective workshops, authentic mentorship, and supportive community. Graduate students will be expected to have completed an internship, REU, or equivalent work experience. Preference will be given to oSTEM members or alumni.

The Professional Development Summit will take place over the weekend of March 8 to 10, 2024 at the Boston Sheraton, in Boston, MA.
