Student Chapters are welcome to apply for Student Chapter Funding. Below outlines the important dates and has a link to download the full informational packet.

Key Deadlines & Milestones

• August 15th - Conference Registration Opens
• August 16th - Chapter Conference Funding Application Opens (this!)
• September 20th - Chapter Conference Funding Application Closes
• October 11th - Funding decision will be sent to oSTEM Chapter email

Funding Criteria

• General Chapter Information
  • Active/Inactive Status
  • Attendance at Regional Meetings
  • Attendance at Town Hall Meetings
  • Communication with Regional Coordinator/Student Representative
  • Sources and Amount of other funding (University, Sponsors, etc.)
• Conference Specific Information
  • Number of members attending conference
  • Distance from conference location
