Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics is seeking panel discussion and speaker series volunteers for the 9th Annual oSTEM Conference.

Some of our conference panels are organized directly by oSTEM while others are submitted through the Request for Programs process. No matter how a panel is organized we are looking for a diverse set of panelists representing a variety of perspectives.

In addition, we are seeking volunteers for a new-to-oSTEM format of program: a speaker series. These additions to our conference programming are presentations which provide speakers the opportunity to examine a topic within a given theme in more depth. We are excited to pilot this new style of programming and hope you volunteer.

We welcome panelists and speakers from all members of the LGBTQ+ and/or STEM community. We encourage our students, sponsors, professionals, and all interested in furthering our mission to volunteer.

For more information, check out our panelist & speaker request page!

Deadline date is August 30th.
