Donations oSTEM thanks you for your support of monetary donations to our organization. Donations made on our website, through the MemberNova platform, are non-refundable. oSTEM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in the United States of America and your donations may be tax deductible. Our Tax-ID/EIN is 27-1204776. Please check with your tax adviser for more information. Shipping Policy Physical merchandise purchased on the oSTEM website, through the MemberNova platform, will have shipping costs clearly visible, when applicable. These orders are shipped with two business days and may be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; or, we may provide an option for in-person delivery, when available. Invoice Payments Invoice payments made on the oSTEM website, or through the Stripe platform, are subject to the terms of the invoice. Please check the original invoice for details. Refund Policy Donations, merchandise purchases, and invoice payments made on the oSTEM website, through the MemberNova platform, are not refundable and not returnable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
